Clinical Focus
Supporting Women • Life Transitions
Therapy rooted in connection and insight.
At the heart of my work is the belief that meaningful change happens through connection. By fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship, I support clients in gaining insight, developing self-understanding, and navigating life's challenges with greater clarity and self-compassion. I hold a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, which provide the foundation for my clinical practice.
An area of particular interest to me is women’s health and the experiences that shape our lives. I enjoy supporting women as they navigate health concerns, life transitions, and seasons of growth. Alongside my clinical training, I bring a perspective shaped by lived experience. My approach is warm, collaborative, direct, and grounded in genuine curiosity. Clients can expect to be truly heard and understood, while also being thoughtfully and respectfully challenged.
Drawing from evidence-based modalities, I support clients in deepening self-awareness, strengthening the mind-body connection, and developing practical tools for change. Together, we work toward creating a life that feels more meaningful, authentic, and aligned.”
