Compassionate, collaborative care from practitioners dedicated to helping you feel your best
Naturopathic MedicineDr. Hayley Warren, ND
Naturopathic Doctor offering comprehensive primary care.
I take a structured approach to uncovering root causes in gut health, fatigue, women’s health, and mood disorders. I am deeply driven by problem-solving and a genuine love for this work. I combine clinical rigor with empathy shaped by my own experience navigating complex health challenges in today’s medical system. Patients can expect clarity, thoroughness, and care that is both thoughtful and efficient.
My personality is calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I bring an analytical mindset, a grounded presence, and a direct yet supportive approach to helping people navigate their health concerns.
Before pursuing naturopathic medicine, I completed a degree in Biochemistry at the University of Winnipeg. This foundation shaped the way I approach health and disease - with a strong focus on the intricate details of human physiology, metabolism, and biochemical pathways.
Today, I primarily use orthomolecular medicine, an approach that uses vitamins, amino acids, and other naturally occurring substances within the body to help treat and manage disease. My background in biochemistry allows me to take a targeted, evidence-informed approach to care that looks beyond symptoms to identify and address underlying imbalances and root causes.
Naturopathic MedicineDr. Jason Bachewich, ND
Helping patients navigate complex chronic conditions.
With nearly 20 years of clinical experience, my focus is on complex and chronic health conditions, including Lyme disease, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, digestive disorders, and immune-related concerns. My personal experience with Lyme disease led me to specialize in identifying underlying infections and overlooked root causes that can contribute to difficult-to-treat symptoms.
I take an individualized, investigative approach to care by reviewing health history and bloodwork thoroughly, while incorporating advanced functional testing when needed. I regularly attend the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society conference to stay current with emerging research and treatment approaches.
In addition to clinical practice, I have spoken internationally on functional and naturopathic medicine, contributed to the TICCS clinic - Canada’s first publicly funded Lyme and tick-borne illness clinic - and currently volunteer with the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.

Helping you feel heard, supported & balanced.
Over the past 20 years in practice, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through many different health concerns. Some of the areas I feel most passionate about include mental-emotional wellness, hormone health, and digestive concerns such as menopause, PMS, heavy periods, IBS, food sensitivities, and constipation.
I truly value taking the time to listen to each person’s story with care and curiosity. Often, the details of someone’s experience can reveal important clues about what the body needs in order to heal. I believe every person is unique, and my approach is always thoughtful, individualized, and rooted in finding the best path forward together.
My goal as a practitioner is to create a safe and supportive space where patients feel heard, cared for, and empowered throughout their healing journey. I’m grateful to work alongside an integrative team that shares a deep commitment to compassionate, personalized care.

Care where you feel seen, heard, and safe.
I am a late-diagnosed multiply neurodivergent naturopathic doctor, as well as a partner and parent in a multiply neurodivergent family. I combine the latest research in brain and nervous system science, epigenetics, and nutritional biochemistry with lived and clinical experience to support teens and adults experiencing ADHD, autism, PDA, anxiety, depression, burnout, digestive concerns, hormone imbalances, thyroid conditions, chronic pain, hypermobility, perimenopause and menopause, and other complex chronic health concerns. I have advanced training in Brain Biochemistry through the Walsh Research Institute, with a special interest in late-diagnosed neurodivergence.
My approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in nervous system regulation. I strive to create a safe, inclusive space where you feel seen, heard, and respected, and where we work together to develop a realistic treatment plan that reflects your goals and fits your daily life. Diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-ableism are foundational to my practice, and I welcome people of every neurotype and families in every form.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Winnipeg before graduating from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2004, where I received an award for my contributions to the Women's Health Program. Throughout my career, I have served in leadership roles with provincial and national naturopathic organizations and remain committed to lifelong learning and providing compassionate, evidence-informed care.
Nurse PractitionerAshley Carruthers, NP
Combining clinical experience with a passion for women’s health.
With more than 25 years of healthcare experience, I am passionate about providing integrative, patient-focused care that combines evidence-informed western medicine with functional and preventative approaches to health and wellness. My background includes primary care, emergency medicine, critical care, and rural and remote healthcare, with a special interest in women’s health, hormone health, chronic disease prevention, and the connection between lifestyle, nutrition, and overall wellbeing. I have completed additional training through The Institute for Functional Medicine and hold certification in Health and Wellness Coaching.
Alongside my clinical work, I am currently pursuing my PhD, with research focused on the experiences and quality of life of underrepresented women living with endometriosis. I am passionate about bridging the gap between research, clinical practice, and patient education to support more inclusive, collaborative care. I believe healthcare should go beyond symptom management by focusing on prevention, root-cause exploration, and long-term wellness, while creating a space where patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their health journey.
Mental Health TherapistEva Bandur, RP, MA, BA
Therapy rooted in connection and insight.
At the heart of my work is the belief that meaningful change happens through connection. By fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship, I support clients in gaining insight, developing self-understanding, and navigating life's challenges with greater clarity and self-compassion. I hold a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, which provide the foundation for my clinical practice.
An area of particular interest to me is women’s health and the experiences that shape our lives. I enjoy supporting women as they navigate health concerns, life transitions, and seasons of growth. Alongside my clinical training, I bring a perspective shaped by lived experience. My approach is warm, collaborative, direct, and grounded in genuine curiosity. Clients can expect to be truly heard and understood, while also being thoughtfully and respectfully challenged.
Drawing from evidence-based modalities, I support clients in deepening self-awareness, strengthening the mind-body connection, and developing practical tools for change. Together, we work toward creating a life that feels more meaningful, authentic, and aligned.
Occupational TherapyAlly Forrest, OT
Supporting meaningful change, one step at a time.
Life can feel overwhelming when chronic illness, stress, depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, sleep challenges, or competing roles and responsibilities make it difficult to stay organized, focused, and on top of everyday demands. As an occupational therapist, I strive to understand how you occupy your time - what you're doing, what you want to be doing, and what may be getting in the way - then provide practical support to help you develop sustainable strategies that work in your real life.
Rather than simply talking about challenges, my approach is to work collaboratively to understand your unique circumstances, identify realistic solutions, and create a wellness plan that truly feels achievable. This may include developing healthy routines, improving emotional regulation skills, strengthening organization and planning abilities, reducing stress, managing energy levels, and finding strategies that help you move toward your goals.
Our work together can support you whether you're facing significant challenges or simply looking to build new skills to make daily life feel more manageable and enjoyable. Sessions are collaborative, individualized, and focused on helping you function more effectively in the areas of life that matter most to you. We are not just human beings - we are human doings - and it is a privilege to support individuals in doing what is meaningful to them.
