Join Our Team at True Health

Build a meaningful, integrative practice in a collaborative, patient-centered clinic.

At True Health Integrative Clinic, we’re building a multidisciplinary team rooted in thoughtful, whole-person care. Located in East St. Paul, just outside of Winnipeg, our ND-run clinic brings together practitioners who value collaboration, clinical depth, and meaningful patient relationships.

True Health Integrative Clinic is an ND-run, multidisciplinary clinic rooted in thoughtful, whole-person care. We bring together naturopathic medicine and allied health services to offer a collaborative, integrative approach that supports patients in a deeper, more meaningful way.

Our care is grounded in identifying and addressing root causes, while creating space for patients to feel heard, understood, and supported. We believe that healing happens through strong therapeutic relationships, individualized care, and a shared understanding of each patient’s story.

Located in East St. Paul, just outside of Winnipeg, our clinic is part of a health-focused professional community, allowing for collaboration with a wide range of healthcare providers. This environment supports truly integrated care—where physical and mental health are considered together, not separately.

At True Health, we are intentional about the experience we create for both patients and practitioners. We value time, presence, and connection, and we are committed to building a clinic culture that supports growth, collaboration, and meaningful work.

About True Health

At True Health, we’ve intentionally created a clinic environment that supports both patient healing and practitioner fulfillment.

You’ll have the opportunity to build a practice that reflects your clinical interests, supported by a team that values collaboration, respect, and shared learning. We believe that when practitioners feel supported and aligned in their work, it naturally translates into better care for patients.

Our clinic is designed to allow for longer appointments, deeper conversations, and meaningful therapeutic relationships—without the pressure of high-volume, transactional care. You’ll work with patients who are engaged, motivated, and seeking a more thoughtful, root-cause approach to their health.

We also value connection between practitioners. Whether through informal collaboration or shared care, you’ll be part of a team that respects the unique perspective each discipline brings.

At True Health, you’ll find:

  • A supportive, collaborative, ND-led environment

  • The ability to grow and shape your own practice

  • Patients who value time, education, and individualized care

  • A clinic culture grounded in respect, balance, and meaningful work

This is a space for practitioners who want to practice with intention—and build something lasting.
