-
True Health was built around the belief that healthcare works best when practitioners work together. Our team includes naturopathic doctors, a nurse practitioner, therapists, and an occupational therapist who collaborate to provide coordinated, whole-person care. By looking at the physical, mental, emotional, and lifestyle factors that influence health, we help create personalized plans that support both symptom relief and long-term wellbeing.
-
It means your care is coordinated, not fragmented. When appropriate, our practitioners work together to share insights, communicate recommendations, and create a cohesive plan tailored to your needs. Rather than navigating multiple providers on your own, you benefit from a team-based approach designed to support your health goals more effectively.
-
Our practitioners collaborate when it will benefit your care. Depending on your needs, your treatment plan may involve support from a naturopathic doctor, nurse practitioner, therapist, occupational therapist, or multiple providers working together. Communication between practitioners helps ensure your care is aligned and focused on your goals.
-
You don't need to have all the answers before booking. If you're unsure which service is the best fit, our team can help guide you based on your concerns, symptoms, and goals. If additional support would be beneficial, we can also connect you with other practitioners within the clinic.
-
No referral is required to book an appointment with any of our practitioners. You can schedule directly with the provider who best matches your needs.
-
Your first visit is an opportunity for us to get to know you and understand your health concerns, goals, and history. We take the time to review your symptoms, lifestyle, previous treatments, and any relevant health information before discussing recommendations and next steps tailored to your situation.
-
We recommend bringing a list of your current medications and supplements, any recent laboratory results or diagnostic reports, and any questions you would like to discuss. The more information you can provide, the better we can understand your health picture.
