Your First Visit

A calm, personalized experience where your story is heard and your path to healing begins.

What to expect at your first visit.

At True Health, we believe meaningful care begins with listening. Your first visit is a dedicated opportunity to share your health story, discuss your concerns, and feel truly heard. We take the time to understand not only your symptoms, but also your health history, lifestyle, and goals so we can develop a personalized approach to your care.

Whether you're seeking answers to a specific concern or looking for support with your overall wellbeing, our team is here to provide thoughtful guidance and compassionate support from the very beginning.

Complete your pre-appointment intake form

Before your appointment, you’ll receive a comprehensive intake form covering your medical history, lifestyle, and current concerns. This allows your Naturopathic Doctor (ND) to come prepared with a deeper understanding of your health and begin shaping your personalized care plan.

Arrive & settle in

Welcome - we’re so glad you’re here. When you arrive, check in at reception, enjoy a glass of water or a cup of tea, and take a moment to settle into our space. Your ND will come greet you when it’s time for your appointment.

Meet your Naturopathic Doctor

Your ND will introduce themselves and guide you into your consultation room. Our spaces are designed to feel calm, comfortable, and supportive - so you can feel at ease from the start.

Initial consultation & assessment

This visit is all about you. Your ND will review your intake form in detail, explore your medical and family history, and discuss your lifestyle - nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress. We take the time to understand the full picture of your health.

Personalized recommendations & next steps

Based on your visit, your ND will begin outlining a customized plan tailored to your needs. This may include targeted treatments, supplements, lifestyle adjustments, or recommendations for further testing, along with clear next steps.

Ask questions & feel supported

We want you to leave feeling informed and confident. There will always be space for your questions - your ND is here to guide you with clarity, care, and ongoing support.
