Meet Eva Bandur, Registered Psychotherapist at True Health Integrative Clinic

We're thrilled to welcome Eva Bandur, RP, MA, BA, to the team at True Health Integrative Clinic.

Eva is a Registered Psychotherapist who believes that meaningful change begins with connection. She provides a warm, collaborative, and supportive space where clients can explore life's challenges, gain greater self-understanding, and develop the tools needed to move forward with confidence.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can help you better understand your experiences and create meaningful, lasting change.

Therapy Rooted in Connection

One of the most important parts of therapy is feeling safe enough to be yourself.

Eva believes that a trusting therapeutic relationship creates the foundation for healing and growth. Her approach is grounded in genuine curiosity, empathy, and respect, allowing clients to feel heard while also being thoughtfully challenged to explore new perspectives and patterns.

Together, you can work toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and emotional wellbeing.

A Special Interest in Women's Mental Health

Eva has a particular passion for supporting women through the many experiences and transitions that shape their lives.

From navigating career and relationship changes to managing stress, health concerns, identity shifts, or other significant life events, therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

Her goal is to help clients move through these seasons with greater clarity, self-compassion, and confidence.

An Evidence-Based, Whole-Person Approach

Eva holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology.

Drawing from evidence-based therapeutic approaches, she works collaboratively with each client to deepen self-awareness, strengthen the mind-body connection, and develop practical strategies that support meaningful change.

Her care is individualized because every person's experiences, goals, and story are unique.

Mental Health Is Part of Whole-Person Health

At True Health Integrative Clinic, we believe emotional wellbeing is an essential part of overall health.

Mental health influences every aspect of our lives—from our relationships and work to our physical health and quality of life. By integrating psychotherapy into our multidisciplinary team, we're able to offer more comprehensive care that supports the whole person.

Eva's compassionate, client-centered approach reflects our commitment to providing thoughtful, evidence-informed care that helps people thrive.

Now Accepting New Clients

If you've been thinking about starting therapy, this may be the right time to take the first step.

Whether you're looking for support through a difficult season, hoping to better understand yourself, or wanting to build healthier patterns for the future, Eva is here to help.

We are excited to welcome Eva Bandur to the True Health team and look forward to the care she'll bring to our community.
