Fatigue is a symptom - not a diagnosis

Low energy is often your body's way of telling you that something is out of balance.

While stress and a busy lifestyle can certainly contribute, persistent fatigue may be linked to underlying hormonal, nutritional, digestive, metabolic, or inflammatory concerns.

Instead of masking symptoms, we take the time to investigate what may be contributing to your fatigue and address those root causes whenever possible.

The Gut-Energy Connection

Your digestive system plays a vital role in energy production.

When digestion isn't functioning optimally, your body may struggle to properly absorb the nutrients needed for healthy metabolism and energy production. Gut inflammation, food sensitivities, microbiome imbalances, and digestive disorders can all contribute to fatigue.

Supporting digestive health is often an important part of improving overall energy and wellbeing.

Our Root-Cause approach

We take a comprehensive approach to understanding your health.

Your practitioner will review your symptoms, medical history, nutrition, sleep, stress levels, medications, lifestyle, and overall health to identify patterns that may be contributing to your fatigue.

When appropriate, laboratory testing may be recommended to investigate possible underlying causes, including nutrient deficiencies, thyroid function, hormone balance, blood sugar regulation, inflammation, and other medical conditions. Functional testing may also be considered when clinically appropriate.

By understanding the complete picture, we can create a treatment plan that's personalized to your unique needs.
